CareDate Australia helps parents and carers prepare a specific childcare enquiry using published service information.

Who publishes CareDate Australia?

CareDate Australia is an independent information directory published under the Albervos project name. It helps visitors understand published care routes and prepare an enquiry; providers decide whether to accept a booking.

For source corrections, accessibility questions or website enquiries, email albervos@proton.me. Read our Contact and Privacy pages.

What is in this collection?

This initial collection contains 28 local service sites across Australia's eight states and territories, plus four separately labelled brand/platform routes. It is a curated baseline, not a census. Results are alphabetical, independent of payment. Providers have not endorsed this website.

Sites with the same operator can have different hours and conditions. They are counted as service locations, not independent companies. Platform routes are not individual carers or local centres. Local coverage and related-service notes remain attached.

What does a date check mean?

The optional date screen compares the requested weekday and same-day time window with one published weekly care session. It uses the selected date as a local calendar date and does not convert it to the browser's time zone. Split sessions are not merged. The recorded seven-hour daily limit for Occasional Care Cottage is also checked. Unknown or conflicting hours are labelled for confirmation.

This screen does not check live capacity, a particular child's age/session eligibility, all age-specific session limits, school terms, public holidays, special closures, enrolment, orientation or payment. A result within opening hours still needs the provider's exact-date approval. No place in this collection has been confirmed for a visitor's date.

How do age and location work?

Age topics are broad source-backed categories, not exact eligibility findings. A service with unknown age coverage stays visible when an age topic is selected, with a confirmation note. Read the full age wording and ask the service. State tags refer to explicit published sites or advertised route states; national marketing is not expanded into all jurisdictions.

What about fees and subsidies?

Fees remain quoted narrative terms in Australian dollars. Missing values do not mean free care. Starting prices, hourly/session fees, memberships, payment deadlines, legacy tariffs and conflicts stay visible. No comparable personal quote or subsidy calculation is supplied. CCS eligibility and enrolment confirmation are separate from having a childcare place.

How are sources handled?

Official provider, council and government information was reviewed on 25 October 2026. Each care, booking, age and state tag links to record-local evidence. Full-page text, indexed-only excerpts, older policies and conflicting versions are distinguished in source labels and notes. Access dates do not make old content current. Original research is retained; public curation is recorded separately.

What is independently checked?

Data and code checks establish recorded source lineage and website behaviour. They do not establish present service registration, ratings, compliance history, individual carer checks, insurance, family eligibility, available places or the suitability of a care arrangement. Use the confirmation guide and relevant official records.

What is stored?

Only comparison listing IDs are saved in browser storage where available. Clear the shortlist to remove them. Date, times, free text and editable request drafts stay in page memory; they are not put in URLs or saved by this website. Draft text is cleared when its dialog closes. Public state, care, age-topic and route-view filters can appear in URLs. Internal navigation can carry the cleaned comparison listing IDs so choices travel between pages even if browser saving is unavailable. Date, time, query and draft text are never carried in these links.

This website has no family account, medical intake, booking, enquiry submission or payment. Its code includes no advertising or analytics scripts; hosting and email processing are explained on the Privacy page. You choose whether to contact or use a third-party service, whose own information and privacy terms apply.

Updates and corrections

The collection records its public-source snapshot and visible limits. If information has changed, please send the relevant page and an official source through the Contact page. A website update is not confirmation of a place for your date.

Prepare a date request

Review the wording, then copy it to the provider's official channel. This website does not send requests or reserve care.

Keep child identity, health details and family contact information out of this draft. Provide necessary information through the provider's official enrolment process. The draft is cleared when this dialog closes.
